You may return an item in it's original condition, and packaging within 14 days for a full cash refund.

Toucan of Scotland must be notified, within seven days, of any item if you would like to return.

All goods returned are at the senders expense unless faulty

We must receive notification of faulty goods within ten days of the goods having been received

Our jewellery is warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which it is designed under fair wear and tear. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement or full credit of an item of jewellery deemed by us to be faulty providing that these faults have not been caused by misuse. Negligent handling or improper care of the goods.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or replace any earrings other than where faults in manufacture can be demonstrated
