Shipping is free on all UK retail orders over £50.

 

All other UK retail orders ship at flat rate of £3.75 - sent Royal Mail

United States orders ship at a flat rate of £11 - sent Airmail.

All other international orders ship at a flat rate of £7.50 - sent Airmail.

Delivery

Toucan of Scotland aims to dispatch the bulk of its orders the same day, we aim to dispatch all orders within 72hrs, if there is a problem with the supply of your order then you will be contacted by email.

Delivery Times

We cannot be held responsible for delays after dispatch.  Standard service to European Countries should arrive within 10 days and 15-20 days for the rest of the World.

Christmas Deliveries 

Please order well in advance for Christmas. Due to the large volume of mail at this time of year delays are inevitable.  We recommend ordering before the 18th of December for UK, the 10th of December for Europe, the 8th of December for USA and the 2nd of December for Australia to avoid disappointment. However we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping after an order has left our premises

Customs 

You must pay any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country. We have no control over these costs and so cannot predict what they might be.

Due to new changes to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) 2024

Our products comply with all relevant safety regulations, however the new requirement imposed upon businesses to have a Responsible or Authorised Person based in the EU is not something that is financially viable, which is very frustrating for us as we were seeing a huge growth in online sales to the EU.

Unfortunately until this is resolved, we will no longer be able to accept orders for All EU Countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), European Economic Area (EEA) Countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and Northern Ireland.

The UK Government are trying to negotiate with the EU to resolve this, once they are successful we will start supplying all EU Countries immediately.
